JPA獎學金生亂象‧玻璃市僅1華裔獲海外獎學金‧其餘8A+以上優秀生皆落空

（玻璃市‧加央19日訊）公共服務局獎學金亂象叢生，整個玻璃市僅有一名華裔獲得海外獎學金，其餘獲8A+以上优秀生的申請皆落空。
根據星洲日報探悉，來自加央德瑪中學考獲11A+的李祉辰是玻州唯一獲得海外獎學金的華裔學生，這震驚了全玻大馬教育文憑特优生，而且也感到不滿和遺憾。
10A+申請醫科系不獲批
加央德瑪中學成功考獲10A+的盧昌智表示，他這次申請醫科系不但沒獲得，反而只得到大學預科班，不能直接進入大學。
他激動地哭訴，當他在5月13日知道只得到大學預科班的結果後，已經傷心得哭了一遍，並質問為何他辛苦讀書這麼多年，政府甚麼都沒給，讓他完全得不到他應得的福利及保障。
準備報讀醫學系的昌智還特地帶了一大疊厚厚的文憑證書展示給記者看。他說，他在加央德瑪中學時是紅星月會主席，並曾代表國家到印尼參加國家青年交流營，而且從小學至中學成績都是名列前茅。
“我不明白教育部長丹斯里慕尤丁說考獲至少8A+的學生，都可以獲得公共服務局總數達1萬1千500份的國內外獎學金，為何玻州僅有1名華裔學生能獲得海外獎學金，其餘8A+以上优秀生皆落空！”
他說，這幾天是他過得最煎熬的日子，這結果簡直傷透了他的心。他希望政府公平對待拿到全科A+的學生，給他們一個機會出國深造，並將在國外學到的新知識帶回國。
玻州其餘考獲8A+以上的优秀生是林翠萍，申請牙醫系得大學預科班、黃維恒申請醫學系得大學預科班、葉億恩申請藥劑系得師訓、符思敏申請法律系得國內醫學系獎學金、羅穎鑫申請牙醫系得國內醫學系獎學金。

I've been seeing all these news over the newspaper for these few days.
Although we know that the Government JPA Scholarship for SPM Students are always been unfair and unsatisfied especially for Chinese in Malaysia. But this year is one of the very serious and lots number of complains I've ever seen. Is it because too many students get wonderful results this year? Or the Government side problems? 300+ of complains has been made this year regarding to this issue and included 30+ of them get a Straight A+ but still did not get a Oversea Scholarship.
Anyway this is nothing to do with me, just hope that those 300+ students can get what is best for them. They might be the future great successor that contribute to this society.
